Tirap, Aug 14, Aug. 15 -- Assam Rifles organised a poster-making competition at Kasturba Gandhi Bal Vidyalaya, Barap, Noglo, in Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh on August 12 to commemorate 150 years of Vande Mataram.
