Srinagar, June 11(, June 12 -- A video showing wildlife officials using improvised wooden sticks to capture a bear cub in Boniyar has raised concerns over the department's preparedness and lack of basic rescue equipment. The incident occurred in Boniyar, north Kashmir's Baramulla district, after the cub was spotted near human habitation.
