Kulgam, July 16, July 17 -- Kulgam Police have arrested a man from Uttar Pradesh in connection with the fatal hit-and-run case involving an 11-year-old girl in Vessu area of Qazigund earlier this month, while also tracing and seizing the vehicle allegedly involved in the accident. The case relates to a road accident that occurred on July 10 near KP Colony, Vessu, where an unidentified vehicle allegedly hit an 11-year-old girl and fled the scene.
