Srinagar, Feb 25, Feb. 26 -- The authorities have issued a traffic advisory in parts of Srinagar in view of Vice-President C P Radhakrishnan visit to Kashmir. The restrictions would remain in force from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm in some parts of Srinagar.According to an advisory issued by Srinagar Traffic Police Office, no motorist shall be allowed to ply towards Nishat, Shalimar, Harwan and adjoining areas via Badyari Chowk and Gupkar during the specified hours.Similarly, no traffic will be permitted from Ram Munshibagh towards Grand Place and shall instead be diverted towards Dalgate-Sangermal-Ikhwan Chowk for their respective destinations.The advisory further states that no motorist shall be allowed to ply on the Dalgate-Khayam-Khanyar-Rainaw...
