Srinagar, Sep 6, Sept. 7 -- In view of the International Film Festival beginning tomorrow at SKICC Srinagar, Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory for September 7th. SSP Traffic Srinagar City, Aijaz Ahmad Bhat said that preparations for the International Film Festival are in full swing and its inauguration is scheduled on September 7th evening at SKICC. He said a large number of participants, guests and invitees are expected to attend the event and a huge rush of vehicles is expected towards SKICC after 4 PM.To avoid inconvenience to the general public, an advisory has been issued.As per the advisory, on Gupkar Road, no general traffic will be allowed from 4 PM to 7 PM.
