Srinagar, June 23, June 24 -- The Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs led by its chairman Dr. Shashi Tharoor, currently on a four-day study visit to Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, on Tuesday called on Lt Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. During the interaction, Tharoor discussed the Committee's engagements and meetings held during the visit.
