Srinagar, March 16 -- Teaching elementary students is not everybody's cup of tea. It requires patience and perseverance. A child does not like harsh or sluggish approaches to teaching. He loves activities and fun. He enjoys involvement and participation. He wants to do things according to his mood and choice. He is energetic and often naughty.
