Summer Vacation Extended Till July 26 in Kashmir
Srinagar, July 21 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday extended the summer vacation for all government and recognised private schools in the Kashmir Division and the Winter Zones of Jammu Division till July 26 in view of the prevailing weather conditions. Announcing the decision, Education Minister Sakina Itoo said the extension had been granted keeping the safety and well-being of students, teachers and their families as the government's foremost priority. According to the Minister, schools will now reopen on Monday, July 27.
