Srinagar, Sep 22, Sept. 23 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo, today attended the Grand Finale of the District Administration's Under-19 Football Rolling Trophy-2026 at the Rugby Field, Poloview, as apart of the District Administration's commitment to creating better opportunities for youth to excel in different sporting and art disciplines.
