Srinagar drug case property attached
Srinagar, May 12, May 13 -- Police in central Kashmir's Srinagar district have attached immovable property, including a double-storey residential house and land valued at around Rs 1.2 crore, in the Hazratbal area as part of its ongoing crackdown on drug trafficking under the Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyan, officials said on Tuesday. The property, located at Gasoo Hazratbal, belongs to Maqsood Hussain Khan, son of Abdul Majeed Khan, a resident of Banday Lane Hazratbal, currently residing at Gasoo Hazratbal.Police said the action was executed by Police Station Nigeen under Section 68(F)(1) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.
