West Siang, Oct 24, Oct. 25 -- Formations under the Spear Corps of the Indian Army conducted a Basic White Water Rafting Course for National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets in West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh, aiming to promote adventure, discipline and patriotism among the youth. The programme provided cadets with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of white water rafting through a combination of theoretical sessions and practical training.
