Imphal, April 2, April 3 -- Intelligence-based joint operations conducted from March 1 to March 31, 2026, by IndianArmy and AssamRifles formations under SpearCorps, in coordination with local police, led to significant drug recoveries across districts in #Manipur, #Mizoram, #ArunachalPradesh, and #Assam. The operations targeted Thoubal, Bishnupur, Chandel, Cachar, Churachandpur, Champhai, Changlang, and Tengnoupal districts, focusing on disrupting drug trafficking networks and preventing narcotics inflow into civilian areas.As a result, forces seized approximately 2.74 kg of heroin, 32,266 WY/Yaba tablets, and other illicit substances.
