Srinagar, July 14, July 15 -- Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Abdul Rahim Rather, on Monday chaired a meeting of the Hospital Development Fund (HDF) Committees of Sub-District Hospitals (SDHs) Charar-i-Sharief, Pakherpora and Kremchore to review proposals for the utilisation of HDF and Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) funds for the financial year 2026-27. During the meeting, officials informed the Speaker that the Hospital Development Fund is generated through user charges, including registration fees, pathological tests, X-ray services and other hospital services.
