Srinagar, April 20 -- Fresh snowfall in Kashmir's higher reaches and rain in the plains on Sunday led to a drop in temperatures across the valley. Snowfall was reported in Gurez, Zojila Pass in Sonamarg, and the Mughal Road region, while plains experienced light to moderate rain.The weather led to the closure of key roads including Mughal Road, Srinagar-Kargil, and Bandipora-Gurez routes.The Meteorological Department said weather is expected to remain mostly dry from April 20 to 23, with chances of light rain and gusty winds on April 24-26.Farmers have been advised to resume agricultural activities from April 20.
