Srinagar, Dec 31, Jan. 1 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, on Wednesday directed execut-ing agencies to expedite completion of projects under the Srinagar Metropolitan Region Develop-ment Authority (SMRDA) scheme, ensuring all pending works are finished before the end of the current financial year.
