Srinagar, June 20, June 21 -- In a significant initiative aimed at strengthening water supply infrastructure and enhancing civic service delivery, Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), Faz Lul Haseeb, today flagged off four newly inducted high-capacity water tankers for the Water Works Division at the SMC Headquarters, Karan Nagar. The newly added tankers, each with a carrying capacity of 10,000 litres, have been procured to augment the Corporation's water distribution network and improve its capacity to respond effectively to water supply requirements across the city.
