Srinagar, Sep 15, Sept. 16 -- Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) is advising farmers and agricultural stakeholders to remain vigilant against the re-emergence of the highly invasive 'foreign' weed Parthenium hysterophorus L., which was recently spotted by university scientists in an agricultural field in Srinagar.
