Srinagar, Nov 1, Nov. 2 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday ordered that Shailendra Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 1995), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department, shall look after the charge of the post of Chief Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir, till Dr. Sajjan Singh Yadav, IAS, joins the Union Territory.According to Government Order No. 1725-JK(GAD) of 2026, Shailendra Kumar, who also holds the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, has been assigned the responsibility in the interest of administration.In a separate order, the General Administration Department ordered a series of transfers and postings with immediate effect.As per Government Order No. 1724-JK(GAD) of 202...
