Srinagar, June 11 -- Minister for Health & Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare, Sakeena Itoo, today inaugurated several key healthcare facilities besides laying foundation stones for education infrastructure projects in Budgam during her tour of Beerwah constituency in the district.
