Srinagar, June 28, June 29 -- Residents of Zadibal Khushalsar in Srinagar have sought the establishment of a public library in their area, saying it would greatly benefit students, competitive exam aspirants, and local youth. The residents said the locality has a large student population but lacks a proper study environment and access to educational resources.
