Srinagar, Oct 14, Oct. 14 -- Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javid Ahmad Rana, on Wednesday called for responsible and inclusive development of the Himalayan region, stressing the need to balance human needs with environmental protection.
