Weather conditions are expected to improve from October 16, with predominantly dry weather forecast thereafter. The India Meteorological Department has issued a warning for thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds on October 13, followed by a possibility of heavy rainfall on October 14. No further weather warnings have been issued for the Union Territory for the period between October 15 and 19.
