Sopore, April 8, April 9 -- Police in Sopore have successfully solved a theft case within 24 hours of its reporting, leading to the recovery of stolen property and arrest of two accused persons. Police Post Putkha received a complaint from Shabir Ahmad Wani son of Ghulam Hassan Wani resident of Krankshivan Sopore, stating therein that during the intervening night of 05/06 April 2026, his workshop at Putkha was burgled and items including a genset and an oxygen cylinder were stolen.
