Pulwama, April 5, April 6 -- Continuing its drive against illegal activities, J&K Police successfully seized a consignment of illicit Timber in Sangerwani area of Pulwama. Police Post Sangerwani received reliable information that one individual namely Ali Mohd Deedad son of Siraj-ud-Din Deedad resident of Chowtal had concealed illegal forest timber in his kotha at Badi Behak. Acting promptly on this information, a joint raid was conducted by Police along with officials of the Forest Department. During the operation, police successfully recovered 04 raw logs and 06 wooden beams from the said location.
