Srinagar, April 11, April 12 -- Continuing its sustained drive against drug trafficking, Police achieved major success by arresting eight drug peddlers in separate operations in Anantnag, Baramulla & Budgam and recovered huge quantity of contraband substances from their possession. In Shangus, a raid at the residence of Riyaz Ahmad Sheikh son of Gh. Rasool Sheikh resident of Patti Sheikhpora led to the arrest of Riyaz Sheikh and Aadil Latif son of Mohd Latif resident of Doudpora Brah, with recovery of approximately 5.75 kg of Ganja.
