Police Attach House of Alleged Drug Peddler in South Kashmir's Shopian
Shopian, July 29, July 29 -- Police on Wednesday attached the residential property of an alleged drug peddler in the Keller area of Shopian district as part of action taken under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. According to officials, the attached property includes a double storeyed residential house along with its surrounding yard, measuring a plinth area of 673.197 square feet under Survey No. 131 at Kathohallan village in Keller. The property's estimated value is around Rs. 18.76 lakh. The property belongs to Nazir Ahmad Lone, son of Reshi Lone, a resident of Kathohallan, Keller. He is an accused in FIR No. 27/2025 registered at Police Station Keller under Sections 8 and 15 of the NDPS Act. The attachment was...
