Jammu, Mar 13, March 14 -- Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar, today attended the virtual event marking release of the 22nd instalment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) from the Civil Secretariat here.
