Srinagar, Aug 14, Aug. 15 -- Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha on Friday attended the solemn observance of 'Partition Horrors Remembrance Day' at Tagore Hall, Srinagar.The event was marked by collective remembrance and a reaffirmation of national unity.
