Srinagar, Sep 14, Sept. 15 -- Patients at Paras Hospital in Srinagar were allegedly left waiting for hours for follow-up consultations on Monday, with a patient taking to social media to raise concerns over the conduct of a doctor and the hospital's handling of the situation.
