Jammu, March 27, March 28 -- The second leg of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly session on Friday commenced nearly after more than a month break amidst protest by NC, Congress and PDP members over killing of Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei in US and Israeli joint strike and BJP's demand for establishment of National Law University (NLU) in Jammu.
