Pak terrorist killed in Budgam was involved in attacks on army, IAF, civilians
Srinagar, Sept 5, Sept. 6 -- The Pakistani terrorist of Lashkar-e-Toiba Yasir killed in an encounter with troops in higher reaches of Yusmarg in central Kashmir was involved in the ambush of army and IAF convoys and civilian workers . A security official said the search for the second holed-up terrorist is going on in the upper reaches of the forest area in Yousmarg in Budgam."The terrorist is suspected to be hiding behind huge boulders and natural caves in the Pir Panjal range," he said.The army's elite Special Forces are assisting troops on the ground in the anti-militancy operation.According to the officials, Yasir's presence was first detected in 2024."Inputs suggest his involvement in at least three major terror incidents in 2024 ---...
