Jammu, Sep 5, Sept. 6 -- Commissioner Secretary, Cooperative Department, Yasha Mudgal, on Friday chaired a meeting of the Union Territory Level Implementation and Monitoring Committee (UTLIMC) to review the progress of the Centrally Sponsored Project for computerisation of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) across Jammu and Kashmir.
