Srinagar, June 20, June 21 -- A probe by the Jammu and Kashmir Health and Medical Education (HME) Department has found irregularities in cardiac procedures conducted by Head of Department Cardiology Dr Syed Maqbool at Government Medical College (GMC), Anantnag.
