Jammu, Feb 17, Feb. 18 -- The government disclosed that 1,00,501 casual, daily-rated, and other workers are registered across departments. A committee, headed by the Chief Secretary, is reviewing service rules, financial and legal considerations to formulate a roadmap for regularization.
