Srinagar, July 25, July 25 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Kashmir, of the Crime Branch, Jammu and Kashmir, has filed a chargesheet against a North Kashmir resident for allegedly duping a youth with the false promise of a high paying job in Cambodia and forcing him into online scam operations. The chargesheet has been filed in FIR No. 19/2026 under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class against Mohd Yaseen Rather, son of Nisar Ahmad Rather, a resident of Kripalpora Payeen in Pattan.
