Srinagar, March 20, March 21 -- Bisham Dev Singh Jamwal, a resident of Chanas Tikri, in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur district, recently achieved 15th rank in the prestigious Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) Examination.
