Baramulla, June 13, June 14 -- Acknowledging the deteriorating condition of irrigation infrastructure, Minister Javed Dar on Saturday said efforts are underway to revive and revalidate old irrigation schemes by strengthening the existing network and installing new pumps at various stations.
