Srinagar, Mar 25, March 26 -- Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Javid Ahmad Dar, inaugurated the state-of-the-art Small Ruminant Hospital Complex at Lal Mandi, Srinagar, aimed at strengthening veterinary infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir.
