Srinagar, Oct 12, Oct. 12 -- Mamta Yadav, IAS, on Monday assumed charge as Director Information and Public Relations in Jammu and Kashmir. After taking charge, Yadav interacted with officers and officials of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) and discussed the department's functioning and responsibilities.
