Jammu, Sep 23, Sept. 23 -- The 131st birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh was observed across Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, with tributes and public programmes held in Jammu amid a political dispute in the Legislative Assembly over the government holiday marking his birth anniversary. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha paid tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh on his Janm-Jayanti and highlighted his contribution to social reforms and public welfare.
