Locus Standi Matters
Srinagar, June 3 -- Public debate is the lifeblood of democracy, but not every voice in that debate carries equal legitimacy on every issue. In Jammu and Kashmir, where political, legal and developmental questions are deeply interwoven with lived realities on the ground, it becomes even more important that commentary is grounded in understanding, responsibility, and, above all, locus standi.
