Srinagar, May 16 -- Lieutenant Governor, Shri Manoj Sinha today attended 9th Maati Samman Samaroh, a Purvanchal festival of art, culture, food and tourism. On the occasion, the Lieutenant Governor also felicitated distinguished personalities from Purvanchal.
