Jammu, Jan 14, Jan. 15 -- Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha on Wednesday interacted with the youth who returned after representing the UT of J&K at the 29th National Youth Festival-Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue-2026 in New Delhi.
