Srinagar, Sep 17, Sept. 17 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership for infrastructure and welfare-related developments in the Union Territory, saying road and tunnel projects worth over Rs.1.5 lakh crore are currently underway. Speaking to reporters in Srinagar on Modi's birthday, Sinha said Jammu and Kashmir had witnessed significant changes in infrastructure, welfare delivery and connectivity, particularly in roads, tunnels and railway links.
