Jammu, August 19, Aug. 19 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday attended the 23rd Foundation Day celebrations of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) at Katra and congratulated the university community on the occasion.
