Srinagar, Sep 26, Sept. 26 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has appreciated the Armed Forces Medical Services for organising a major eye surgery camp under Operation Drishti in Tangdhar, Karnah. Taking to X, Sinha said the successful restoration of vision for 220 people at an underground operation theatre in a difficult border location was a significant achievement. He commended the medical team headed by Brigadier Sanjay Kumar Mishra for its commitment and service to residents of remote areas.
