Jammu, Aug 6, Aug. 7 -- LEAD (LJK Economic Growth and Development Dialogue) on Thursday released the third edition of its Annual Smarika, showcasing its work in promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, policy research and sustainable development across Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
