Srinagar, May 18, May 19 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday said terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir has been pushed to the margins, asserting that recruitment into terror ranks has become "almost negligible."In an interview to a national television channel, Sinha said security agencies are maintaining strict surveillance across digital platforms to track extremist activity.
