Srinagar, Nov 4, Nov. 4 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg on Wednesday reviewed bottlenecks delaying the Jhelum Water Transport Project and directed departments to resolve pending issues on priority.At a high-level meeting attended by the Srinagar Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners of Srinagar and Bandipora, RTO Kashmir, IWAI representatives and officials of various departments, Garg stressed coordinated efforts to ensure timely execution of the project.The issues reviewed included road widening and tree removal at Gund Parang, disposal of treated wastewater, and electricity and water connections at eight identified locations.He also directed officials to expedite shifting of electrical utilities at Maharaj Gunj and...
