Raju, chaired a high-level meeting of the State Task Force to review preparedness for the rollout of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination Programme across Jammu & Kashmir. The UT-level launch is scheduled for February 28, 2026, in alignment with the nationwide rollout by the Prime Minister.
